Booking & Policies

Payment

25% down payment due within 7 days of oral agreement. Written contract required. 5.6% state tax applies to food & beverage. 20% gratuity added for fully catered events. 3% fee for credit card payments.

Final Count & Payment

Final guest count due 2 weeks prior to event. Full payment due within 24 hours of final count confirmation.

Leftovers

Per Wisconsin Health Code, remaining food becomes property of Sloppy Joe’s / Smoke on the Water Catering after the event.
